Due date for filing Corporate income tax returns extended to 15-Oct-2010

CBDT in a recent order has extended the due date for filing of income tax returns for all Tax audit cases (both Corporates and Individuals) from 30-Sep-2010 to 15-Oct-2010.

The extension has been made for disturbance in general life caused due to floods and heavy rains in various parts of the country.
